The Deburr Master can be used on any machine or machining center such as single or multi-spindle drilling machines, lathe, NC machine tools, special machines and/or hand tools.
One simple setscrew adjustment controls the depth of the cut. There are no special skills are required. Simply adjust the setscrew in the shank end for the desired chamfer based on the hardness of the material and the RPMs being used.
The blades can be easily removed and are designed with an open-end slot, eliminating the need to remove the pivot pin before removing the blade. Our blades allow for four to ten regrinds of 0.010,” providing added longevity to your tool component.
Deburr Master tools are available in both metric and inches, from 3/32” (2.0mm) to 2” (50.0mm) hole sizes. We also offer tungsten carbide blades from 5/32” to No. 4 sizes by special order, and we are able to produce custom tool sizes up to a 1.125” hole size.
